Book Review-The Bane Chronicles by Cassandra Clare, Sarah Rees Brennan, Maureen Johnson and Cassandra Jean

Where to begin with Magnus Bane. I am a great fan of the Shadowhunter world and Magnus Bane will forever be my favorite character. I am glad that he appeared in all of the Mortal Instruments series and now has his own series. He is wise, intelligent, magical, handsome, kind, a great business man and many other things. Cassandra Clare, Sarah Rees Brennan, Maureen Johnson and Cassandra Jean describe Magnus so well. These magnificent authors were able to describe his life so well. As well as his past present, former lovers, present relationship, etc. I was able to enter the world of Magnus Bane, understand his pain, his losses, his pain because of abandonment from his mother and non-present father, his love for both Downworlders, mundanes and Shadowhunters. When I was nearing the end of the book I was nearly in tears because I did not want the stories to end. Thankfully, The Book of the White will be released later this year. I believe that the authors gave so much of Magnus Bane in this series of chronicles and I expect that there will be much more excitement, love, loss, etc. about Magnus Bane. I recommend all Magnus fans to read this book as well as people who are not too familiar with Magnus or the Shadowhunter world.
